Web 2.0 Online Help System

 hi,

 

i'm using rh 8 generate webhelp various web-based applications. unfortunately, system's appearance has been deemed outdated. i've been tasked finding online solution provides cleaner appearance blog-type feel provides web 2.0 experience. i've provided few sample online solutions below.

i more willing update latest version of rh if can deliver type of solution. although suggestions welcome, ideal solution should not require client installation.

i wish had simple solution you.

all links / samples refer bespoke solutions , if closely have 1 thing in common - fit in , feel of brand's website.

 

my guess site developers created pages , technical writers imported content.

i've seen couple of kb software solutions can dig out, again won't kind of , feel without input web developers. these solutions provide however, dynamic content invovling user.

 

on plus side, having been in position, not lot of work (for web developers) create these templates.

what found struggle getting work prioritised. created content in rh , exported content site.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
