Windows 8 press and hold slowdown

hi,

 

i using iiyama touch pc screen on windows 8 pc. when 'press , hold'(keep finger/pen in same place) in air application application slows down second or two. problem not occur when hold mouse button , doesn't happen on windows 7 pc same touch screen. tried disabeling press , touch right clicking in control panel not work either. has else experienced problem , there solution?

 

my guess is caused windows 8 press , touch gesture, there no way disable in windows. there way disable gestures , other touch functionality in flash?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
