Animated Gif files in Captivate

i have created animated gif file in photoshop want use in captivate file.

the file wont preview in of preview modes other html5 output preview. other previews show first frame of gif file.

 

if chose swap animation gif library preview shows animation playing.. see attached screen shot 2013-04-29 @ 07.43.27.png

 

is there im doing wrong here.

 

i guess upload final file lms html5 output preview shows animation read there limitations output transitions / effects dont work.

 

any appreciated.

yes, can verify whether gif fucntion correctly on html5 platform window--html5 tracker pod.

 

i not expert on photoshop, still make recommendation.

 

set 'delay' value each of frame 0.01 or value if shows 0, can done using animation frame window. save gif again web devices , import in captivate, see, if abale preview time.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
