Bridge for management of archive of footage?

hey guys , gals,

 

my employers making move on cs6 , has fallen me manage sizeable amount of media.  have around 200 2tb bare drives of old footage needs organized in 1 central , searchable database.  question this: bridge right program this?  or prelude better suited task?  input , suggestions appreciated.

i use bridge this.  i've seen suggested lightroom might work.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
