Can't install PSE-11 -- Shared Technology Problem

-

i have tried several times install pse-11 on windows 7 laptop.  each time error shared technologies has encountered problem , uninstalls had done.

 

adobe support advisor says error dw0202 or dw050 during installation, don't know next.

 

any suggestions?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
