Character Map (Glyph Palette) in Photoshop?

is there anywhere in photoshop glyph palette, since using many icon fonts , slowing me down everytime go "character map". or if not part of photoshop there plugin/extension give me feature? thank you.

nope, ps doesn't have glyph palette. plug-ins/ extensions i'm not aware of any, several third-party keyboard helper utilities or font managers allow inserting special characters key combos or live preview pop-overs...

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
