How do I find the channels palette in PSE 8?

hello,

i using photoshop editor 8 , attempting create retro-style/technicolor images using channels palette , creating greyscale images having gone through red, green , blue filters, , colorise them (as seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wjqj2ykf7fs) . how can find channels palette?

elements doesn't channels. video must photoshop. however, can add channels panel pse using either grant's tools (free):

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
