How do I speak with someone in Customer SERVICE from the U.S. who isn't speaking from a script?

i frustrated.  have spent on 8 hours trying dreamweaver subscription work on pc no avail.  6 hours have been spent foreign support.  want speak isn't speaking script can me.  unfortunately customer service staff in india , speaks script.  have options?

what problem?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
