How to open Indd file when it shows: missing plug ins in CS4 - Help.

how can open indd file in cs4 version? stating misisng plug ins won't open file. i'm guessing cs5 version file... not sure. how tell? anyway, can open thing?

 

worst case - how upgrade cs5? possible? can't find upgrade cs4. make hard find.

cs4 carries no upgrade privileges. missed boat in december.

 

cs6 version available , max next week,

can expect announcements what's coming , when.

 

find whoever created file , have them save via idml or

download cs6 trial , yourself.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
