Issue registering with existing CS3+ serial

i have cs4 , cs5 master collection serials cs6 photoshop serial , of them returning not available under $29.99 individual pricing cc. however, if go on teams says qualify. had colleague try own serial , experiencing same issue. whats going on? don't want teams, want individual plan.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
