Not able to generate printed documentation using word2010 and windows 7

situation:  new computers microsoft windows 7 installed , upgrades robohelp 10 , microsoft word 2010... opening , upgrading old robohelp html projects robohelp 10 , trying generate printed documentation in word 2010.  receiving error message after save , generate:  'microsoft word has not been started on computer.  launch word , click 'start using microsft word' option before generating printed documentation again.' i cannot find option make work.

perhaps try opening word, creating simple document , closing word?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
