Receive 'runtime error: Unknown exception' w/99% processed when creating DVD from movie

hi,

 

i have tried several times create dvd of movie several scene (w/stop) markers receive 'runtime error: unknown exception' 99% completion.

i'm using adobe premiere element 11 ver 11.0 (20120901.b261.425551).

i'm running windows 7 ultimate w/sp1 on dell xps m1530 w/4gb memory

 

i have created dvds in past little or no problems.

 

would appreciate problem.

 

thanks...

how far away scene markers stop markers? need them @ least second or 2 apart.

 

also, have ensured not have stop marker @ end of movie?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
