Thread: Complete system crash - probably due to vpnclient

i've run major annoyance recently, in laptop lock up, requiring hard reboot fix (even ssh sessions other machines frozen)

think i've traced issue cisco's vpnclient, , hoping else has seen issue recently

think it's vpnclient because:

a) seems happen @ work when i've got running
b) syslog full of

code:
jme 0000:03:00.0: eth0: udp checksum error
entries, , can see them filling whenever pass network traffic on vpn.




it's worth, turning rx , tx checksumming offloading off stops errors filling logs, we'll see if helps crashing

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
