Adobe Story won't start

hi, i'm new subscriber , kinda alarmed first non-photshop thing try use, doesn't seem work.

 

i'm trying connect adobe story, , when log in , connect, screen goes gray, there's little "adobe story" dialog moving meter between-- , nothing else ever happens.

 

this chrome on mac (10.8.3).

 

now, toggling on developer tools on chrome , letting run through has last action as:

 

https://story.adobe.com/profile.php?locale=en_us&code=<big string>

 

showing cancelled status (though did not cancel anything), after 3 redirects giving 302 moved temporarily.

sorry inconvenience. can please try browser (safari or firefox) , see if works. clearing cache on chrome should fix (http://www.wikihow.com/clear-your-browser's-cache). let know if still face issue.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
