Can't find unresolved Xrefs in Book Error Report

hi,

 

i trying check unstructured frame 11 book unresolved xrefs. book error report (generated when update book) displays 35.

 

when click on link in error report, there no indication there cross-reference attached link. when open cross ref pod , display unresolved xrefs current document, none show up. when check docs in book, see no problems, either.

 

i have tried creating lor (list of references) further information. page says "draft 29".

 

please help,

have searched unresolveds in body pages?

 

if so, set:
view > master pages

and search again, , then

view > reference pages

and search again.

 

if still not found, more exotic scenarios arise, conditional text presently set no show, xrefs imported text insets, or perhaps text hidden out of frame or run-out-of-sight disconnected pages.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
