cannot load image from computer - freezes @ 50% each time

can problem. have saved , come it.  have tried upload different images saved files on computer.

no luck. each time try, jumps 50% loading , never loads anthing - using forms central in adobe.

are using formscentral web site in web browser, if in browser?  have tried web browser?  or using formscentral desktop application included acrobat xi pro? 

 

have tried insert image web see if works? 

are working in company department might restrict file uploads?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
