Combining fillable pdfs leads to issue

i created fillable pdf in acrobat while ago , extended features in adobe reader create it. created fillable pdf months later same way. , decided merge 2 because needed them together. highlighted both forms (the forms result of extending features adobe reader) , combined form has purple bar @ top stating "click 'sign' fill out , sign form. when done, can save copy clicking 'done signing'." why this? clients can no longer fill form out , save used to. must sign , becomes uneditable after save as.

 

both files used merge open in reader , allow user fill out form , save data typed form. once merge two, no longer case. also, there no signature fields in either document.

 

acrobat 9.5.4

reader 10.1.6

you should re-enable new pdf created , message , ability sign way go away.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
