Desktop Stuck at Offline

i uploaded whole bunch of pics flash drive through desktop app. didn't realize how many there until started counting. 44,577 originals uploading , offline. not have pics stuck. have uploading originals , uploading ipad. unistalled iphone app , it's syncing right iphone , ipad out of sync when comes library.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
