i purchased elements 11 downloadable. download trouble free. registration; done. serial number accepted.

 

i have no discs. not programmer.

 

i have uninstalled, reinstalled. uninstalled air, reinstalled air. uninstalled, redownloaded actual program.

 

below complete error log. have gone down list , tried understand via troubleshooting. have spent more time trying install paid program. need help.
