Help to launch CS6 app (error 16)

hi, situation is: download cs6 application & there no problem instal,  when want launch (ex: dreamweaver), don't launch because of "error 16" = configuartion error. it's telling me uninstal , re-instal it, doesn't work. help? (excuse english, it's not mother tongue)

run creative suite cleaner tool, reinstall. make sure sufficient user privileges.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
