Inserted page break not working

i have 3 page breaks in survey.  first 2 break page exaclty want it.  3rd page break not breaking page.  i've tried deleting , reinserting break.  looks there, when view .pdf form, page not breaking.

page breaks specific output format. page breaks added within web view applied html form, added within page view applied pdf form. take @ view menu make sure you're adding page break within correct view.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
