Media for project is offline

i signed adobe cloud , trying premiere pro online. i've spent 15 hours on editing project , finished, doing titles when application crashed. app had auto saved cloud , had saved hard drive , external hd, when rebooted , opened it, parts of project there, missing , still other parts replaced red screen said "media offline". i've done can think of can't back. have suggestions?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
