Please Help - about linking different pages

i want create registration page asks registration taken user name , passwords used logging in school account on school webpage, , when user fills username , password boxes, registration button secretly controls if such username , password correct in school webpage, , continues registration process. aim of doing want school users log website. there should , way of doing know, couldn't find in spite of deep search on google.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
