Problem with Ink manager

we using adobe acrobat pro 9.0.0 , x 10.1.6 on same mac running 10.6.8.  when use ink manager in 9 can see colour swatches when using x no colour swatches shown.  seen before , know solution fix

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
