Quality issues with inserted video file

hello,

 

can me video problem in captivate 6.1, please!

 

i’m working on captivate project need include movie file.

i have same movie in 2 different formats .mov , .wmv, both looking great when watch them player on windows7 system or on mac of colleagues.

 

when inserting movie encoding .flv takes place media encoder, seems working fine.

but when playing project in captivate, inserted video shows such bad quality, i’m not able use this.

 

i have tried different things (inserted event video or multi-slide synchronized video; changed slide quality high; encoded movies .f4v files media encoder; installed new windows codec package) nothing leads acceptable result.

 

which settings need change in captivate/in media encoder receive video quality?

what else improve quality of movies captivate projects?

is there minimum requirements movies concerning file format, encoding, or else?

in format publishing output?

what resolution of project , resolution of inserted video.

 

have tried unchecking compression options (edit > preferences > swf size , quality > make custom, uncheck advanced project compression , compress swf file).

also try @ time of publishing check 'force re publish slides'.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
