Straight lines become zig-zag when viewed in Premiere Elements 11

i sure there's easy answer problem can't seem locate it. new video editing , premiere elements 11. have sony hdr-cx200 use record tennis matches. have recorded tennis match in 1080i @ 60i fps transferred camcorder window 7 computer using sony's playmemories software creates .m2ts file. when viewed .m2ts video in both playmemories , windows media player video looked great. want able view video in hd on both computer monitor , tv.

 

i imported .m2ts file premiere elements 11 using drag , drop.the file appeared impotrt without issue , still pic looked good. however, when pressed play pic broke up. can see in tennis lines start out straight when played break zig-zag look. have attached short video shows problem. want able edit tennis videos in premiere because i've paid , it's suppose 1 of best video editing programs out there.

 

i have looked on discussions of interlacing don't understand why pic looks bad when played in premiere elements , looks in windows media  player , sony's playmemories. wonder if there setting overlooking.

 

any appreciated.

so far, guess.

 

viewing , playback of video medium difficulty task computer.  taking same file editing situation high difficulty task.  editing avchd video, high difficulty task computer.  doubtful work computer harder doing else.

 

the real time preview in monitor during editing can improved referred "real time rendering".  know when necessary when yellow colored bar shows above time line.  when see it, press enter , wait bit. 

 

can provide more information computer , how got short video youtube?  also, how did open project?  , can check project settings are?  youtube looks nothing have uploaded using 2 sony camcorders. 

 

i think fixable.  lots of people great results pre11.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
