Subdomain not working

i have activated site, secc-chicago.org , working appropriately.

tried setup subdomain 53.secc-chicago.org using list not working.

i looked dns records 53.secc-chicago.org on http://network-tools.com , says there's no dns records subdomain.

 

you can add records on bc admin panel if secc-chicago.org site hosted on bc servers-- domain not.  so, you'll need login domain control panel wherever registered domain (the same place put record base doman secc-chicago.org) , you'll need add record "53" subdomain on site.  if added record on bc admin, remove first.

 

once you've added record subdomain on domain registrar, go on bc , add new subdomain under site settings > site domains.  click add domain , on dialog when ask "host service?" sure check "use external dns server" since domain records hosted on domain registrar , not on bc.

 

if you'd added correct record subdomain on domain registrar's dns service , added domain bc using external dns server, subdomain should start resolve website within 4 hours -- within 24 hours.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
