hey guys. so, today installed ubuntu on notebook, video playback performance bad. youtube lags @ 720p , same locally. i've installed ati drivers via jockey or whatever it's name is, then, via site, tried open source drivers, still. want stick linux time though have genuine copy of windows 7. please me on one. thanks

system has 4 gb of ram, installed amd64 version, if helps.

help please. on lubuntu now, it's same. playback lags , cpu goes 90%

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
