Transfering from my old computer to a new computer.

i updated cs5 (extended) cs6 on line in january '13.  have bought new computer , cannot seem install cs6.  ideas how welcome.

  • operating system , version number
  • the full text of error message(s)
  • what doing when problem occurred
  • screenshots of problem
  • computer hardware, such cpu; gpu; amount of ram; etc.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
