0 score marking pass

hi everyone,

i'm kind of stuck here.  have cp6.0 scorm course passing score of 1.  reason, mzinga lms displaying passing scores people scored 0.  i've read multiple posts, i'm not seeing pattern of things should try.  should troubleshoot this?

 

the course settings below.  help!

new information may helpful:

 

i spoke showed pass 0 in mzinga lms.  failed cbt first time, clicked "retake quiz" , passed second time.

 

cbt structure:

 

40 slides questions / activities intermixed.  nothing reported lms.  score stored in variables.

slide 41:  advanced action runs determine send them:

   send slide 42 if 143 points:   contains click box send 2 points lms (champion status - passing)

   send slide 43 if 112-142 points:  contains click box sends 1 point lms (master status - passing)

   send slide 44 (quiz results slide) if 0-111 points:  contains offical captivate retake quiz button

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
