Cap6: Crashing/Lagging Video Project with Scorm

good day , thank ahead of time!

 

i posted here awhile , focusing on issue again. here go!

 

in captivate6, have built projects 5-13 slides, inserted videos (800x600) using "progressive download" , "modify slide duration accommodate video", added 3 quiz questions @ end of vide , added table of content.  publishing project used swf, scorm1.2 , unclicked "preloader" in settings.

 

issue: client having lag/freezing issues jumping topic topic in toc or scrubbing timeline.  using internet explorer 8.  audio continues when jump topic hear 2 layers of audio.

 

answer had before: told videos need load in sequence before can jump topic topic. 

 

question: how these projects not crash/lag or have audio error?  there way tell captivate load 1 slide @ time , not rest?

 

any ideas?

please try , let me know these:

 

1) happening more 1 project?

2) please check if output freezing while playing locally on computer.

3) please enable preloader , try publish.

4) if enabling preloader not copy whole project in new blank project , publish it.

5) can check output of project on www.cloud.scorm.com

6) os have?
