Converting PPT Show to PDF - Incorrect Timings

i have slide shows in ppt 2010 narration on slides animations move them. when use presenter , publish pc timings ok. when publish pdf timings wrong. the slides go through , not pause after animations or narration. i have 10 lessons convert don't want re-record them if can it.  not sure presenter have on machine work.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
