CS6 Production Premium to the CS6 Master Collection possible

hello!

the support chat told me can upgrade cs6 production premium (retail) cs6 master collection (retail).

they told me contact sales phone, first lady told me possible , nice discount - has problem computer - must speak person.

but "he" told me, can't upgrade because have 1 option in system upgrade creative cloud!

can confirm this?

maybe guy wants me (forcing) using cc not (retail) master collection...

the thing is, cc & cs 6 both available in future (see website of adobe) think wrong here...

you cannot sidegrade 1 suite another. can upgrade newest version , switch different suite , cs7 means go creative cloud.
