Edge animation does not show completely

i'm using full screen adobe edge animation in folio. animation exists of 6 small images on top of background image.

one of 6 small images not display when preview folio on both ipad, show on desktop previewer.

 

also, textframe (which on top of in indesign) missing on page, if i'm creating outlines.

 

any suggestions?

for txt frame...  interactive objects float top above other objects, getting blocked edge animation.  put in 2 state mso autoplays once , should stay on top.  or text in edge animation...

 

for mmissing pic.. cmyk maybe? or have funny charaters in filename?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
