Impossible to install new applications - What to do?

for mysterious reason not manage download new applications creative cloud.

 

i managed download acrobat , dreamweaver, since had problems dreamweaver, decided desinstall (via desinstaller). when trying download again dw, failure notice in application manager saying need administrator rights (i administrator of mac. happens other adobe applications too.

 

for information: no problem downloading on anoter mac.

 

thank in advance help.

did tried new user account ?, if not try new user account.

 

go folder : /application/utilities/      , rename adobe application manger adobe application manger_old

 

rename oobe folder oobe_old in these locations

go folder

/library/application support/adobe

~/library/application support/adobe

 

reinstall aam location

http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpid=4774

 

 

also give permission on these folder on both location after reinstall aam.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
