IOS 5 and DPS issue? Trouble shooting help needed.

i have reader problem. can't seem tell him problem , how fix it. 1 know of problem. turns out story problem happens on story wrote latest issue.

 

he has orginal ipad 1, running ios 5  (i proofing etc off ipad 2)

 

my dps app updated v24  address crashing issue once ios 6 came be. prior current issue being made available.

the first 2 issue produced v23. latest folio , 1 problem v24

 

he says has updated app v24 version

 

this reports keeps happening.....

 

no matter open current issue , go column, on 3rd page says "make personal weather apps" when press says "press interactive demo," trouble starts. demo proceeds 3-4 pages , crashes, wiping out entire file. have go home screen , download entire issue again. i've tried @ least 6 times, , same frustrating results every time !!

 

 

 

are there known issues orginal ipad 1's , dps?

 

did think downloaded recent version of app?

 

is there real problem? can fix?

 

wait see if 1 else complains?
