LiveCycle form doesn't work propery in Firefox, Chrome and Safari. Web brower issues

when trying test demo form stefcameron.com as

http://forms.stefcameron.com/samples/data-binding/httpsubmittest.pdf

 

this pdf form works in ie(10) , opera. in firefox, doesn't show @ all. in chrome , safari, buttons don't work.

 

is known issue or me?

which version of firefox , chrome using?

 

have enabled adobe's acrobat/reader pdf previewer in firefox & chrome?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
