LR 4.4 Tether issues on Windows 8

hi!

 

i found tether issue on lightroom 4.4 on windows 8 (x64 , x32) (pc , laptop)

i have 2 cameras - canon 550d , 5d mark ii , both didn't work tethered capture

 

when start on tethered capture - there no camera detected

 

try cameras on laptop lr 4.4 windows 7 x32 - work correct, both cameras work , detected

 

anyone got same problem?

do have canon tether plugin enabled ?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
