My crop tool does not work and I cannot access proper support

i have cs6 cloud membership.

 

the crop tool has not been working weeks now, when try support, i'm taken sorts of stupid pages , told can't create account,even though sent paasword reset. has taken 20 minutes of time not have ask question - that''s want - why have hard????

 

so windows 7 professional - date

i have reinstalled ps number of times - still no use.

 

when try use crop tool, vertical selection lines go infinity, making unuseable , selection marquees not go away , cannot select tool - unless it's zoom tool, starts work again.

 

i updated , reinstalled again today - , now, when try use crop tool, has rotation handles - still lines going infinity , box pops saying "could not build crop preview becasue of program error'

 

so, if i've reinstalled whole thing , it'sall date - else can do???

 

please can , excuse spelling, don't have time stuff.
