Naming of groups of tools in Elements 11

this not (so far know) big issue ...... in 'expert' tools on left hand side of screen grouped should groups not named - how names of groups appear eg draw, modify etc

are using default system theme?

 

have changed system dpi scaling default 100%?

 

what screen resolution using?
