Refresh meeting

hello people,

 

i have big problem adobe connect 8, yesterday stayed in meeting, user's meeting different country of europe. when first half hour pass meeting automatily refresh it's same pressed f5 if want refresh web site. in case don't pressed , meeting refresh , refresh every time. think problem connection other country , meeting need refresh every time think not sure.what problem, why refresh adobe connect every 30 min??? , other problem 1 time users disconnect meeting , reconnect whit user , add user whit number 2, example marc , marc2 jorma explain me problem network, disconnection server question problem server oh network connection , user's connection????.

honestly either, based on of you're describing (the issue got disconnected @ 1 time), makes me think may have been server issue. if adobe connect 8, makes me think server hosted privately (eg. not on adobeconnect.com). correct?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
