Retrieve Chat History

1. in 1 of meetings chat discussion got cleared inadvertently. there way retrieve chat history?

 

2. second question if there limits in chat pod - text in chat pod limited number of lines or characters?  if there limit happens if go on limit of lines/characters in chat. chat text lost or truncated?

 

i using connect 9.

1. if have licensed deployment , setting enable chat transcripts turned on, should able retrieve chat transcripts server. feature visible, not available on hosted account.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
