really, 7 phone calls , fix simple account error , it’s still not right? somehow have 2 accounts. purchased 4 seats of creative cloud teams yesterday @ reduced rate because volume license customers; somehow purchase put on wrong account. order number c0055011133, confirmation sent proper email address, when login account, it’s not there. when login wrong account, there. why? don’t care, order put on wrong account. can fixed? moved proper account can start deployment. have made 7 phone calls on 2 days. last call in progress solve problem , disconnected after 30 min. put in request call back, promised after 8 min. it’s been 2 hours now. should have designers call guys can fixed? frustrating , escalation, how? need change primary admin on wrong account start deployment. geez guys.
