Text layers not saved correctly as PDF from PS?

i save layouts in photoshop pdf's. lately discover text not display correctly in pdf. 1 or 2 lines of text display white thin black outline, rather basic solid black i'd specified.

 

i work on windows 7 machine current version of ps. text on layers when save file pdf (from ps), not include layers in pdf, should flattening down.

 

any ideas why happens? noticed few weeks ago when doing updated program day later , pdf's not exhibiting issue. but, it's starting again. big timewaster me.

text doesn't flatten until tell to. in fact may problem here - telling pdf maker not retain vector text , when tries flatten, layer style or else gets in way. try play pdf options. manaulyl flatten document in ps before saving pdf...

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
