Thread: application groups for gnome-panel

i using gnome classic in 11.04. want group bunch of launchers together. expect when click icon, list of icons pop-up in menu selecting (just "places" or "applications"). it's somehow similar user-controlled jumplist.

know how achieve this? since "application" , "place" menu resembles want achieve, should possible, right?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
