i newbie kvm, have years of experience vmware server. planning migrate firewall vmware server kvm.

trying understand how set networking , kvm. have problems solve.

  1. how setup bridge physical nic (external isp) virtual instance dhcp client getting ip-adress via nic? host should not have ip-connection @ via physical nic. how should etc/network/interfaces like?
  2. how setup bridge physical nic (internal) virtual instance dhcp server , host dhcp client? how should etc/network/interfaces like?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
