hi anyone,

having hella time trying understand ndiswrapper , installing driver wireless pci card ( it's linksys wireless b wmp11 v.4).

seems people have been able need know if possible no way hook m machine directly able internet. can downloads , check messages , transfer files via usb laptop in house.

appreciated, ready give up.

it if listed version of ubuntu , wireless card.

many older computers build in wireless, touchy.

found easy answer, although isn't elegant.

lists dlink cards available dwa-160 works right out of box on 10.4. know had pay it, amount of dollars saved me in time worth it.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
