Thread: Updates not downloading (Firefox-related?)

i have icon in top corner of screen telling me non-updated repositories. when go update, says it's unable update ppa:mozillateam/firefox-stable because there's 404 error. tried removing ppa sources (using add-apt-repository -r) didn't solve it. how i:

1) rid of warning?
2) add working firefox repository can continue updates firefox?

thanks.

if have been receiving updates point may ppa has problem.

edit source file , eliminate offending ppa add one.

please post results of this

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
