Animated PP slides not working in Captivate 5.5

my new animated pp slides not playing when bring them captivate 5.5. animated slides worked in older captivate 5.5 projects. can do?

please let know did error message while try import or play slides inside captivate.

 

also if have imported theme in ppt please remove theme , try import , play slide in captivate.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
