Can Illustrator CS2 be made compatible with later versions of Windows?

i have purchased older version of illustrator cs2 , wanted know if there can download make compatible newer computer.  have older laptop can use software on rather use on newer faster computer.  there can do?

no. using 10 year old software , in time both osx , windows had several major versions themselves. if built-in backward compatibility features don't trick, nothing else (short of running older os versions in virtualized environment).

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
